2. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified.

A valid passport and travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Smash Tours and Travels will assist in processing refunds, but cannot guarantee amounts or timelines set by third-party providers.
Service charges, transaction fees, and visa processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events. Smash Tours and Travels is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.
5. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all passport validity, visa, vaccination, and health requirements of their destination country.
We assist in visa application processes but cannot guarantee visa approvals.
6. Changes by the Traveler
Requests for changes (e.g., travel dates, passenger names, upgrades) are subject to availability and provider approval.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
7. Changes or Cancellations by Us or Our Partners
In rare cases, tours, flights, or bookings may be canceled or modified due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or supplier decisions.
In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds in line with the provider’s policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Smash Tours and Travels acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and third-party providers.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party services.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.
9. User Conduct on Website
By using our website or mobile app, you agree:
Not to misuse the platform or submit false bookings or information.
Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
To comply with all local and international laws related to travel.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Smash Tours and Travels and may not be used without written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
