  • Hotel cancellation or no-show fees

  • Tour service provider charges

  • Smash Tours and Travels service fee (if applicable)


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be initiated within 7–10 business days after receiving all required documentation.

  • Actual refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers and may take up to 30 working days.

  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless agreed otherwise.

  • Full name of the traveler

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting documents (e.g., cancellation notice, visa rejection letter)
